Q.) Where can I get replacement parts for my litter box?
A.) Replacement parts for the litter boxes are available at Omega Paw's head office. Please contact our Customer Service department by e-mail at customerservice@omegapaw.com.
Q.) If my dog eats the Dental Ring, will it harm him?
A.) NO. This product is a formulated mixture, but the Dental Ring is not intended for consumption. You must supervise your dog when they use the Dental Ring to prevent them from consuming it after they have chewed through the outer coating, as the polishing action is happening while they chew.
Q.) Is the Tricky Treat Ball really indestructible?
A.) No, through trial and error, Omega Paw Inc.'s customers have found that the Tricky Treat Ball is not indestructible. Some dogs can chew through anything!
Q.) Where can I purchase one of your litter boxes?
A.) Please contact your local, independent retail pet store to see if they carry the litter box. If you are interested in the regular size litter box, your local Petco or Target stores carry them or contact Omega Paw and we will provide you with a list of catalog companies that carry both sizes of our litter boxes.
Q.) Can I order directly from Omega Paw?
A.) No. Omega Paw does not sell directly to consumers.
